So Ajax got a hold of the file containing all the information about Palesa’s fathers dirty dealings. Ajax may have gotten a hold of the file by mistake but you can not blame him for opening it and reading everything. So now Ajax knows that it was Palesa’s father who bought the land where the shelter is and I am sure the file also has information about the fathers other dirty dealings. Palesa asked Ajax to keep quiet about all that he had seen but I do not think he should! Ajax should report both Palesa and her father to the police and also tell Sam everything! I think they can report the case together now, since Palesa has already taken steps to do so. Although i think it will be quite difficult for Palesa to tell Sam, Ajax should rather do that.
