We have decided to change the look of how we post comments on Gens Blog. We have seen that we getting hundreds of comments a day we is great and amongst all these comments on one particular post, you tend to loose track if you are having a discussion with a particular person about a specific topic. So now you can reply to an individual comment that is posted so the person you are ‘talking to’ can respond to you, by simply clicking on the ‘Reply to this comment’ link on the comment. You do not have to reply to a particular comment if you do not want and you can post your own new comment like you were doing in the past.
It is rather difficult to explain all of this in writing so I guess you just have to try it out for yourself. It may take some time to get used to but we think it is for the better. Please do let us know what you think about this new way of commenting and feel free to ask any questions when you are not sure.
Another new cool feature is that you can now have a picture of yourself or a picture of anything you want next to all your comments. All you simply have to do is visit Gravatar.com and Sign Up using your email address (the same email address you use on Gens Blog). Gravatar.com will ask you to upload the picture you want to use from your computer or you can select a picture from the Internet. Gravatar.com explains all of this to you. You can see how it looks with the comment I have posted on this post below.
Remember that if you have not already done so, you can create an account for yourself here on Gens Blog and you can login with this account every time you want to post a comment so that you do not have to fill in your name and email address every time you want to post a comment.

As much as l appreciate the “reply to the comment” idea Thabo, l think the comments are getting mixed up a bit Thabo.For instance l used to views all the comment after my last one on a certain topic, but now its different coz if l spend like 10minutes without being on the blog then when l come back, l have view everything from scratch to see if there are any replies to the first comments,,,,,,hope you get my point.
