I had forgotten what made me laugh on Monday nights episode when Ace confronted Dumisani at teh gym and told him that he will make him evaporate when he is through with him! Have you every heard someone use that term to threaten someone? The last time I used that word was in biology in high school! Nonetheless, Ace is going to make Dumisani evaporate, how and why, I have no idea.
Last night Ace waited for Dumisani at his office but he never pitched up and Queen was getting worried wondering what Ace wants with Dumisani. All I know is that Ace means business and he wants to get rid of Dumisani once and for all and maybe then have Khethiwe all to himself.

Over in Durban, Paul was drugged by those whores and they started to take pictures of him with them. I hope they took off all their clothes and Paul’s clothes so that the pictures would be extra steamy as the ones they were taking were not doing it for me. But then again Generations is a family show so they would not show us the raunchy stuff! I guess tonight we will see how this whole drama unfolds.

It is funny how Dumisani has the nerve to give the interns an assignment on child abuse when he is the biggest women abuser out there. You could clearly see that Khethowe is not happy with this assignment as she knows she is being abused by Dumisani but she is doing nothing about. But I guess this is the scenario faced by a lot of women today. They are abused day in and day out in their homes by the partners but they keep quiet. Why do they do this? Is it because they are scared to come out and say anything due to the fear they have of their partner? I think this is the reason as I honestly can not think of anyone who enjoys being abused.

What baffles me even more about Khethiwe is that she now wants to take Dumisani to her home so she can meet her gogo and the rest of the family and let them know that she is now staying with Dumisani. Dumisani is not keen about this idea at all as he says ‘family complicates everything’. I think the reason that Dumisani does not want Khethiwe’s family to know that they are staying together is that Khethiwe can then turn to her family at any time and tell them that Dumisani is abusing her.

Now on the other hand, Khethiwe has someone like Ace who is deeply in love with her but she is rather opting to be stuck in an abusive relationship. Ace is not Mr. Perfect but you can see he loves Khethiwe. Who would ever have thought that Ace of all people would write a love letter? Well he did write one for Khethiwe and Khethiwe just through it away.

At times we fall in love with the wrong person and I think that is exactly what has happened to Khethiwe.

I had a good laugh last night when Ace came over to see Gogo and offer his support to her and he told her that Khethiwe is in his prayers and then Gogo turns to Ace and tells him that he does not look like someone who prays. Gogo does not seem to like any guy who is not Khaphela. But it is Khaphela himself in the end that made Gogo cry when he was telling her that they (Gogo and Khaphela) are the ones that forced Khethiwe to run away. Ace seems to be the only one who knows where Khethiwe is and he asked her to just call Gogo and let her know that she is okay.

I wish I could go and hit Khalo myself! His little stunt yesterday of calling Ajax during his radio interview really pissed me off. Now Ace knows that Khalo is the guy who hijacked Ajax. What surprised me though was how Ace was very calm about it and was telling Ajax that he should not go after Khalo and just leave him alone. Has Ace really changed? I would have thought that Ace would tell Ajax not to worry and that he (Ace) will go after Khalo. I want to see Khalo pay for what he did and the only many who can make him pay is Ace. There is no way I can see Ajax hitting or pointing a gun to Khalo!

We have all been discussing who we feel Khethiwe should date as a lot of us agree that Dumisani is not the right man for Khethiwe. Last night we saw Khethiwe inviting Ace over for dinner. The two of them seemed to be enjoying each others company and they were having a good time. The two seem to have quite a bit in common based on how they were raised. It is clear that Ace has feelings for Khethiwe. The dinner was however interrupted by Dumisani! He just walked into Khethiwe’s flat and told Ace to leave. What made me laugh was when Dumisani said to Khethiwe, “I do not expect to see another man when I get home!” Then Khethiwe replied saying that this is not your home.

Ace did the right thing by just leaving and not causing a scene. In a way I can see why Dumisani was angry, he is Khethiwe’s boyfriends after all and how would you feel when you go to your girlfriends place and you see her having dinner with another man that: 1) you do not like 2) your girlfriend never told you she is going to have dinner with and 3) you know the guy has feelings for your woman.

I have said it time after time that Khethiwe should just leave Dumisani!

I have just come from watching tonights episode of Our Soapie and decided to blog now as I have a very hectic morning tomorrow. I could not help but laughing when Ace was talking to Khethiwe and Ace said to Khethiwe, “I like your dress”. Go Ace!! He was laying on the charm tonight and I think Khethiwe could actually have feelings for Ace in a funny way.

What then really got me laughing was when Khethiwe went to meet Dumisani for lunch and then Dumisani said to Khethiwe that he has never seen the dress she is wearing before. Khethiwe then said, “Don’t you like it?” Dumisani replied, “Not really!!” The same dress Ace liked, Dumisani did not like!!

Dumisani has some serious issues and I think it is best for Khethi to just leave this guy and rather focus on Ace who genuinely likes her.

Ace was the last person I expected to get through to Ajax. After his little talk to Ajax last night, I am hoping that Ajax is going to realise that he is messing his life up. For the first time, I actually gave Ace some respect last night! Who would ever have thought that he could speak some sense? I am sure Kenneth would have been impressed with Ace if he heard him talking to Ajax as Kenneth thinks Ace is an ‘idiot’!! We all know Ajax needs some help and hopefully he now sees this and will do something about it. Thank you Ace for the little speech last night!!

You have to love Ace! When he came into the hospital to see Kenneth, his reaction was, “Hi Boss…Eish!!” He clearly was in shock to see Kenneth in that state. I do not know how they have done it but Kenneth actually looks like he had a stroke. Good work by the makeup guys. Now he looks set to be out of action for a while. How is this going to play out in Our Soapie? Now that Kenneth can not talk anymore, there will certainly be lesser shouting.

It was great to see Ace back even if it was for a few seconds. I was wondering all along where he had gone. I guess he has now taken up a role as an extra on Our Soapie rather than being the regular he was. It is a pitty he did not have his tooth pick as Ace without his toothpick just does not look the same. And as usual, Kenneth was giving Ace instructions to keep an eye on everything whilst he is away in Canada. I still can not believe that Mashaba has Ace as his right hand man… Ace of all people? Surely he could have found someone more intelligent than Ace!

Ace has to be one of my all time favourite characters in Our Soapie. But over the last few months he has taken a back seat. I am not sure if he is still even part of Our Soapie or he has left. But for now we are stuck with Mo. For me, Mo is the new Ace, all that is missing is the tooth pick. I wonder, who is dumber, Mo or Ace? For now is looks like Mo, because Ace was actually getting cleverer under Mashaba compared to when he was being treated like an idiot by Jack Mabaso. Mind you, Kenneth also treated Ace rather poorly. Now the way Kabelo treats Mo is funny! It is like Mo is worthless. I love watching Mo and just can’t get over how silly he is.

It had been a long time but last week Ace returned to Our Soapie. I wonder where he had gone, but who cares, the important thing is he is back, I had certainly missed him and he has come back right into the thick of things. If you want your dirty job done, no matter who you are, if you are Kenneth Mashaba, Dineo Mashaba or Anne de Villiers, you call upon Ace and he will get the job done as clumsily as he may look.

During Ace’s absence from the Our Soapie there were no real scandals or crimes during that time, but now he is barley a week back and Adine is suspected to be dead although Ace denies he was involved in the hit and run, just the presence of Ace back on the scene has resulted in a bit more drama.
