Dumisani (real name Dumisani Mbebe) has left the cast of Generations. In the storyline he had a fall out with Dlomo over the whole Nicholas an Orion deal and Dlomo asked him to resign. He cleaned up his house without telling anyone and he just left.
Mbebe confirmed his depature from the Soapie via Facebook by saying:
“It’s official: I have indeed parted ways with the show but that doesn’t mean the end of my acting career because the possibilitiesare endless, including going back to Generations!”
A lot of fans have sent messages to him saying that they will miss him and hope that he returns back to Generations one day. I certainly think he will because this is how I see the storyline going:
Khethiwe is pregnant right now and she does not know it! She fell pregnant when she slept with Dumisani recently during their one night of passion when Khaphela was in hospital. Khaphela is now going to sleep with Khethiwe and ‘make her pregnant’ but the baby is actually going to be Dumisani’s. Dumisani will return years later and find out that the child is really his.
Well those are my thoughts, let’s see what will happen.
What are you going to miss the most about Dumisani? For me the first memory that comes out about Dumisani on Generations is that Nokia ring tone he had some years ago. That ring tone was so annoying and a lot of people started to use it and whenever I heard it, I thought of Shabane!

Good morning Generations fans,
Whilst all the focus on Our Soapie right now is around Paul and how he has cancer and is about to die and he is not telling Dineo and there could be no wedding and…. the list list goes on! We tend to forget that we have other story line going on in Generations right now that could potentially be interesting and I am referring to the potential ‘love’ triangle between Dumisani, Khethiwe and Matthew!
It is clear that Dumisani is jealous with Matthew. Khethiwe asked Matthew to move in with her after he decided to leave Sharon and Sam’s place. Dumisani was not aware that Matthew was now staying with Khethiwe and he did not take too kindly to this. It was so bad that Khethiwe even told Dumisani to sleep on the couch!
I do not understand these two (Khethiwe and Dumisani)! One moment they are happy together and the next they are arguing. I have a sneaky suspicion that something is going to happen between Khethiwe and Matthew. I can sense some attraction forming between the two of them and I give it a few more days and the two of them are going to kiss or even go beyond that!
And is it just me or are Matthew’s facial expressions when he is acting terrible?????

Last nights episode of Generations end with a very interesting scene: Kenneth and Naomi were playing strip poker and Kenneth was already down to his boxers and was about to take Naomi’s top off when Paul walked in on them and told Kenneth that he was dying.
Paul is not in a good space right now as he does not think he is going to live for long after his scan results came back and it seems like he has a cancer or a tumor inside his body. It will be sad if Dineo does not get the happily ever after she was after and Paul dies. Who will Dineo date now if Paul dies?
Meanwhile, Dumisani made me laugh last night when he faked he was having stomach cramps so that Khethiwe would not go out to the club. Dumi was jealous of the fact that Khethiwe was going out without him. Come on now Dumisani, be a man and stop being jealous!

l was really surprised to see Khethiwe and Dumisani visiting the father. Khethiwe is dying for Dumisani’s love so she is trying her very best to do whatever she can so that she wins Dumisani’s heart back but the problem is they still care about each other but they can’t make it for the 3rd time. Dumisani’s father clearly said it that Khethiwe is no longer a good partner for him so he should just get lead of her to avoid the mistake that he made in the past. l wonder what Tata did to his mother.

The year ended on a high on Generations with much drama. Dumisani is lying in hospital and at the end of Fridays episode, it looked like the doctors were battling to save his life as his life support machines seem to have shown that Dumisani has stopped breathing and he is dead. But knowing Generations, there is no way he could be dead! Dumisani can not leave Our Soapie on this note! So I expect him to be back!
As for Khethiwe, she has run away from Ace and she has gone to hand herself in to the police. I wonder what charges she is going to get now and how long she will be locked up for. The fact that Dumisani will not die me that she can not be charged for murder but maybe for attempted murder. But then again, I have a feeling that Dumisani will drop the charges against Khethiwe.
And what now that Khethiwe has had the abortion? How is Khaphela going to react now that his only hope of having a child are gone. I bet you he is going to be one angry man!!!!!

The last 3 or 4 months have been rather boring on Generations but last night the drama and laughter returned to Our Soapie! I rate last nights episode as the best one I have watched this year!
We all know of the drama behind Khethiwe having Khaphela’s baby and now Khethiwe decided to have an abortion so that she could ‘save’ her relationship with Dumisani. Khethiwe has been trying so hard to win Dumisani back but Dumi wants nothing to do with her. They say that some women will do anything to get the man they want back. Khethiwe showed us last night how this can be so true.
Khethiwe decided to go ahead and have the abortion with the hope that Dumisani would take her back now that the baby is gone. But when she told Dumisani at dinner last night, Dumisani did not seem to care and was more shocked that she decided to have an abortion just to have a relationship with him. Dumisani told her that even if there is no more baby he will not date her again. This pissed Khethiwe off as she said she did all of this for him and this is what she gets in return! Khethiwe lost is and grabbed a butter knife and started to stab Dumisani! I had a good laugh! Howe can someone be stabbed by a butter knife? For a second I thought that Khethiwe was dreaming about all of this but it seems like it is real!

Sam almost let the cat out of the bag last night when he congratulated Khaphela about having a baby. Dumisani was standing next to Khaphela when Sam was there and Dumisani congratulated Sba and said “Congratulations to you and Sarah.” Sam was puzzled as he knows that Khaphela’s baby is coming from Khethiwe. You could see that Sam wanted to explain to Dumisani that it is Khethiwe who is pregnant with Khaphela’s baby but he saw that it was not right. So now Dumisani knows that someone is pregnant and he thinks it is Sarah so now I assume he is going to congratulate Sarah when he sees her and Sarah is going to be the one who tells him that Khethiwe is carrying Khaphela’s baby. All this anger management Dumisani is trying to do is going to fall apart when he hears this news!
But credit to Dumisani for confessing infront of everybody that he was a woman abuser. It takes a lot for a man to confess that.
