One of the fans sent us this email today and I thought I would share it with you and hear what you guys have to think about what they say:

Hi there,

I am a very loyal generations fan. I have been very patient with the “Senzo” character (person who portrays the character) and I am sorry to say that, that man cannot act to save his life – he is beginning to irritate me. He is making me skip some Generations episode because of his lack of acting skills. It is actually an insult to make him act besides the likes of Menzi Ngubane and Seputula who are brilliant in what they do. “Senzo “ does not change his facial expressions….his expressions are the same whether he is moaning Busi, excited about a job offer of flabbergasted about something..the facial expressions are the same – and why is he always wanting to laugh when he speaks?

Do something about “Senzo” and very fast…I have had a discussion of this at work over lunch several times and a lot of people share the same sentiment as me.

Kind regards,

Tari

Do you think "Senzo" is a good actor?

A STORM is brewing in Generations land, and it’s not only at the Dlomos or Zondos , but at the Mashabas too.

At the moment Sibusiso Dlomo and Tat’ uZondo are at each other’s throats to win Senzo’s heart.
Senzo was raised by Zondo after he and his girlfriend Busi, who is also Dlomo’s sister, connived to hide the boy from his father (Dlomo), played by Menzi Ngubane .

Senzo and Sibusiso reunited recently and have been bonding well. That was until the Zondos came to town. Senzo thought he would bring his two families together at Busi’s tombstone unveiling, but now Zondo and Dlomo are at each other’s throats – and the poor boy is caught in the middle.

Also, Senzo’s sizzling affair with the dishy and considerate Jason Malinga is about to be exposed.
Another interesting twist is the torrid affair between Dineo and her former brother-in-law Paul Mashaba.
It’s a shame that Dineo’s character is about to assume the role of a slut. How do you justify her sleeping and getting pregnant with her husband Kenneth’s son Mazi?

Is she ready to sample all the Mashabas? Is she turning into the Brooke of Generations? If that’s the case, she is a shameless woman.

Generations - Is it improving or going down?

It came to my attention these days that the no.1 soapie is slowly adjourning from its momentum. There were times were I would not miss one episode, it kept me glued to the screen come 8h00. I need to see more drama. We miss actors n actresses like Tau Mogale, Jack Mabaso, Ngamla, Julia - the super bitch - to name a few, they kept us in touch with the soapie all the times.

Nowadays Generations has shifted from - heaven knows what romance kind of saopie, Khaphela & Sara, Senzo & his partner, Karabo & partner, now Ruby n the stealing uncle, hey not forgeting Ajax whom you can’t understand his character as well his brother Zamani.

I love the soapie but I need MORE DRAMA, something that will keep making me not to miss Generations. Kenneth Mashabaha lost his start-up character when he first appeared on the set, now he is soft as a baby not to mention Sibusiso then “Ngamla”.

Could you please do something about the story lines please. Mix the latest storyline with more drama as well. We need some serious action of “Andile Nogabu’s character”. Recently if I miss two or three episodes it didn’t bother me because there is nothing to miss more than Senzo and his parents fighting or the nagging of Ajax Khoza or Khaphela and his women.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING BEFORE WE LOOSE THE SOAPIE SPARK.

Joel

We received an email from a Generations fan and would like to share it with you and hear your thoughts:

Good morning y’all, I am not too sure who is going to read this mail, but please I would just like to comment on the amount of “consumption of liquor” that we see on the set of my favourite soapie Generations.
I mean even my 8year old son seems to be convinced that drinking alcohol is cool, because he sees it being done by his favourite role models. I do not promise to stop watching Generations any time soon, but I trust the guys who work on it that they won’t display alcohol consumption as much as I see it.
Yesterdays episode, again on Zamani’s and Senzo’s table as they were leaving their flat –Did you see all those empty bottles, why?
